Quality Systems

  • The Pasta Foods Quality Management System is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000
  • Pasta Foods accreditation body is SGS.
  • The Quality Management Systems consist of a fully documented Quality Manual with associated Company Procedures and Work Instructions.


Pasta Foods is audited to one of the main independent food quality-auditing standards

  • The British Retail Consortium Global Standard (Food). This is audited and certified annually by EFSIS, who are a division of SAI Global.


HACCP

  • Pasta Foods has a fully documented and active hazard analysis system based on Codex Alimentarius.
  • Chemical, Physical and Biological hazards are assessed through all the processes of manufacturing.
  • Critical Control Points have been determined and are checked by trained personnel to assure compliance.
  • All HACCP systems are reviewed on a rolling programme by our Food Safety Team.
  • Kosher products are available on certain pasta products. Currently we use the Badatz Orthodox Council Kashrus Department of Jerusalem to oversee any kosher production. Please contact us for further detail. All our products are HALAL certified.
